Latin Bootcamp is a 45 minute class that blends mobility, activation, strength, and cardio, all powered by the vibrant energy of Latin music.
It’s not a dance class. It’s functional training with rhythm, purpose, and inclusion at its core.
Created by two Colombian coaches, rooted in Latin culture and united by one mission:
to make training a transformative experience where everyone, regardless of level or background, feels part of something bigger.
Latin Bootcamp is designed as a weekend plan:
a powerful way to start your morning with health, community, and the satisfaction of doing something for yourself.
We currently offer sessions in the morning on Saturdays in a private space and Sundays outdoors.
And if you own a gym, business, or group, Latin Bootcamp is also available as an external service,
just like it is on Tuesdays at Universal Fitness Parramatta.
It’s a great option for those looking to offer a training experience that’s vibrant, inclusive, and full of cultural identity.
